Terms of Service

Welcome to Future Dollar. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Future Dollar ("we," "us," or "the App"), operated by Everline Digital LLC, a Florida limited liability company. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. What Future Dollar is
Future Dollar provides financial education and general information, including a personalized action plan, an AI coach, the "Roast My Finances" and "What If" features, and learning content. The App is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and we are not a registered investment adviser or licensed professional. Please read our separate Financial Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and able to enter into a binding contract to use the App.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions, free trial, and billing
Free trial. New subscriptions begin with a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your paid subscription begins automatically and your payment method is charged.
Pricing. After the trial, the subscription costs $9.99 per month or $79 per year, depending on the plan you choose (prices in U.S. dollars).
Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price, unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Payments. Billing is handled by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future charges; you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Because a free trial is offered before any charge, we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods after the trial ends.
Price changes. We may change subscription prices. If we do, we'll give you notice, and changes apply to your next billing period.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it unlawfully, reverse-engineer it, resell it, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.
6. Intellectual property
The App, its content, and its branding are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the App for your own personal use. Content you generate for yourself (such as your plan or a shareable roast card) is yours to use personally.
7. No professional advice; assumption of risk
You acknowledge that the App provides education only, that any projections are hypothetical, and that all financial decisions you make are your own. You use the App and act on its content at your own risk. See the Financial Disclaimer for details.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that its content is complete or current.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any financial losses, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. You may stop using the App and close your account at any time.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
